Updated and Effective as of January 1, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Happy Hourista and its subsidiaries, affiliates, brands, and controlled entities (“Happy Hourista,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information, including Personal Data, through our websites, applications, and online services (“Services”) that link to this policy. This policy applies only to information collected through the Services and direct communications with Happy Hourista. It does not cover data collected through other websites, applications, or offline interactions unless explicitly stated. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We process Personal Data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Information We Automatically Collect
Categories of Information
We and our third-party service providers, including any third-party content, advertising, and analytics providers, automatically collect specific information from your device or web browser when you interact with the Services. This information is used to help us understand how our users use the Services and to target advertising to you. We will collectively refer to this type of data as "Usage Data" in this Privacy Policy. For instance, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect your location, IP address, mobile device identifier or other unique identifier, browser and computer type, Internet service provider used, clickstream information, access time, the Web page you were previously on, the URL you visit next, the Web page(s) you access during your visit, and your interaction with content or advertising on the Services each time you visit the Services. We may engage third parties to gather this information on our behalf for the purpose of analytics.
Purposes For This Information
We and our third-party service providers utilize this Usage Data for a variety of purposes, such as the diagnosis of server and software issues, the administration of the Services, the collection of demographic information, and the targeting of advertising to you on the Services and other websites. Consequently, our third-party advertising networks and ad servers will also furnish us with information, such as reports that indicate the number of ads that were displayed and clicked on the Services in a manner that does not personally identify any specific individual. The Usage Data we collect is typically non-identifying; however, if we link it to you as a specific and identifiable individual, we will consider it Personal Data.
Cookies/Tracking Technologies
Cookies and Local Storage
We utilize tracking technologies, such as local storage, cookies, and pixel tags. Your computer may establish and access local storage and cookies. A cookie or local storage will be sent to your computer during your initial visit to the Services, which will uniquely identify your browser. "Cookies" and local storage are small files that are sent to your computer's browser and retained on your device when you visit a website. These files contain a string of characters. Cookies are employed by numerous significant web services to offer their users beneficial characteristics. Each website has the ability to transmit its own cookie to your browser. Initially, the majority of browsers are configured to allow cookies. You have the option to configure your browser to either reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent. However, if you reject cookies, you will be unable to sign in to the Services or fully utilize our Services. Furthermore, after you have configured your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent, you will need to re-set your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent if you erase all cookies at any point. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for additional details.
Pixel Tags
We also employ "pixel tags," which are small graphic files that enable us and third parties to monitor the use of the Services and acquire Usage Data. Information that can be collected by a pixel tag includes the IP address of the device that downloaded the page on which the tag appears, the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears, the time (and duration) of the page's viewing, the type of browser that retrieved the pixel tag, and the identification number of any cookie that the server has previously placed on your computer. We employ pixel tags, which are either provided by us or by our third-party advertisers, service providers, and ad networks, to gather information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions taken in connection with our sites and Services. We combine these pixel tags with our cookies to provide you with offers and information that are of interest to to you. Additionally, pixel identifiers facilitate the delivery of targeted advertisements to you by ad networks when you access the Services or other websites.
Log Files, App Technologies, Usage
A log file is a record that tracks events related to your use of the Service, including information about how you use the service. When you use the Services, whether or not you have an account or are logged in, we gather log files and other information about your usage. This information includes your IP address, the date and time you created your account, your language choice, the browser and operating system you use, your internet service provider's IP address, the pages you visited before and after, the page you requested, the user agent, time stamps, data on your clicks, and details about your search and click activities. These SDKs are like pixels for the program. These SDKs allow us to track your conversions and communicate with you on different devices. They help us show ads both on and off our Services, customize the app according to your interests, link your experience across platforms, and provide extra features like connecting our Service to your social media account. When you turn on location services on your device, it may use GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, and other technologies to find your position. position data can be used to check where your device is and to provide or limit content and ads based on that position.

You can visit the Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as “Personal Data”). Additionally, we share information to help tailor advertisements, measure and enhance our Services' effectiveness, and improve overall user experience.
We may also provide advertisers, sponsors, and promotional partners with aggregate data about our visitors—such as the number of users who visited a particular page, the average age of our audience, or general preferences—but this information does not identify any individual user. Geographic data, such as zip code clustering, may be obtained from other sources; however, this data does not reveal the exact location of any specific visitor. Similarly, we may acquire demographic data from third parties to refine our products and services, enhance marketing efforts, or display more relevant advertisements.
When sharing User Information with service providers, they are authorized to use your Personal Data only as necessary to perform the services they provide to us. Our Services also utilize Google Analytics and other related services, which enable data collection and sharing with Google for further use. For details on how Google uses this information and how you can manage your preferences, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google Uses Information from Sites or Apps.

These transactions may be processed by companies outside of Happy Hourista, its parents, partners, affiliates, or subsidiaries. We refer to these third-party companies, which handle e-commerce operations, order and contest fulfillment, and contracted services, as “operational providers.” If you choose to use these optional services, operational providers may request your Personal Data to process your order or request. Any Personal Data you voluntarily submit to them, including order details, will be governed by their respective terms of use and privacy policies. To facilitate your transaction, we may share your Personal Data with the provider, and in some cases, they may share your order details and other relevant information with us, which we may store in our membership database.
In most cases, we require operational providers to comply with our Privacy Policy and to share visitors’ Personal Data with us only when necessary to complete a request or order. These providers are authorized to use Personal Data solely for processing the transaction or delivering the requested service. However, since each operational provider has its own privacy policies, we encourage you to review them to understand how your Personal Data will be used and disclosed. We are not responsible for the data collection, usage, or disclosure practices of operational providers, nor do we assume liability for their services.

By providing your Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that it may be transferred under these circumstances without additional consent. In the event of such a transition, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the new owner or entity upholds the principles of this Privacy Policy regarding your Personal Data.
